Terms and Conditions
1.1) Picture shown are for illustration purpose. The selling price is for the cake, fruit topping (if any), and chocolate decoration (if any). This does not include other decorative items or utensils.
1.2) All chilled products such as cakes and chocolates must keep refrigerated at 2°c – 6°c, whereas dry products such as cookies are to be kept at room temperature and not exposed to heat, direct sunlight, and high moisture area.
2.0) Refund & Cancellation
2.1) Order and payment made are not refundable.
2.2) You must ensure that the delivery address provided to us in your order is within our coverage area.
2.3) Should an address provided is not within our coverage area, we will only be able to give full refund to you in cash voucher with 12 months validity, or any cash refund to your bank will incurred a deduction of 5% bank processing fee from the purchase total amount.
2.4) Order/s could be voided if information given is incorrect or purchaser/receiver is not contactable.
2.5) The management has the right to cancel or refund any order placed given notice for whatever unforeseen reason that it’s deem to.
2.6) Any cancellation and changes related to the order you are required to give us at least 48 hours of notice prior to the delivery time.
2.7) For customized product order, no cancellation or changes can be made after payment made.
3.1) All the payment has to be paid by credit card, debit card, online bank transfer, or paypal.
4.1) Delivery is available from Monday to Sunday for delivery in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Delivery in Johor Bahru and Pulau Pinang is available from Monday to Saturday. Delivery is not available on major public holidays.
4.2) Any cancellation and changes related to the delivery you are required to give us at least 48 hours of notice prior to the delivery.
4.3) All our products will be ship by our appointed third party logistic company, during the delivery transit all responsibility will be passed between the logistic company and the customer.
4.4) Your order/s will be deliver to you on your selected date, and in the event our delivery partner fail to deliver, we will fully refund the money you have paid should you ask for a refund with the condition that the goods has not been received.
4.5) While the delivering driver would like to deliver your item on time, please note that we are not able to promise on the delivery time slot you selected as it’s only a preferred guide time. Delivery could be earlier or later than your preferred time slot as all deliveries are subjected to traffic condition, weather, and any unforeseen circumstances. Neither the delivering company nor our company will be responsible or compensate for any loss incurred in the delay of delivery date or time.
4.6) We will not be responsible for any mistake or delay caused by the customer such as incomplete address, incorrect contact number, or any other incorrect details provided by the customer. This inclusive if there are no people to receive the item during the delivery at any time.
4.7) You are also to ensure that on the delivering date, the receiver mobile number is reachable. There will be time where driver will need to be able to confirm the receiver attendance at the delivery address before they proceed with the delivery, and there will be time where driver will need to be able to contact you when they are not able to locate the correct address you provided and thus need your guidance. In such case if the receiver’s contact number is not reachable or unanswered, we or our delivering partner will not be responsible for any delay cause by such reasons or circumstances similar to the above.
4.8) Our delivery partner’s coverage area could change from time to time without prior notice. If you have placed an order and it’s out of our delivering coverage area, our company has the right to cancel and refund any order placed, with prior inform to the customer.
4.9) In the absent of receiver during the delivery, re-delivery can be arranged at additional cost.
5.1) You are also required to check the goods received are in good condition upon signing the received. Upon signing the received given by the delivery company, all risk and responsibility will be passed to the receiver.
5.2) As our company deal with food and hygiene is important, all goods customer received are not returnable or refundable, even if it’s not opened.
5.3) In the event that the product damaged or not in good condition upon delivery, we will arrange one-to-one replacement on the next earliest available delivery, provided the returned product has not been opened, consumed, or left with at least 80% remaining.
5.4) Any issue with the product must make inform to us within 12 hours from the time of receiving. We will not be able to responsible for the product condition and quality when it’s stored at customer’s place.
6.1) All vouchers issued by our company is for one time usage only per person
6.2) Crepes 21 reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions and/or substitute or replace the Voucher with another product or program of equivalent value from time to time without any prior notice.
6.3) Crepes 21 shall not be responsible or liable for any damages incurred or suffered by you in the following circumstances:
i. Your purchase, redemption and/or use of the Gift Voucher;
iii. Inability to use the Gift Voucher due to lost or misplaced voucher code;
iv. Unauthorized use of the Gift Voucher by any person(s) not approved by you.
6.4) All voucher is valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher after which it shall become void. The validity period of the any voucher will not be extended.
6.5) All vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products in kind and is non-refundable.
6.6) Crepes 21 has the right to reject any claims that do not conform to these Terms and Conditions.
6.7) All voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other voucher or promotion.
